Deforestation Regulation Manager
Full compliance with PwC's EUDR software
Check Your Value Chain’s EUDR module for easy fulfillment of your due diligence obligations
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), the regulation on deforestation-free supply chains, comes into force on 30 December 2025. It replaces the previous EU Timber Regulation and aims to prevent the EU market from contributing to global deforestation and forest degradation and to counteract the loss of biodiversity. The EUDR Regulation obliges all market participants and non-SME traders to comply with strict due diligence obligations to reduce global deforestation, as well as regularly report on their compliance efforts and provide due diligence statements for each transaction. From 30 June 2026, SME traders will also be obliged to comply with the EUDR.

Maximal efficiency and always updated

Act faster thanks to a structured process
Our EUDR software supports your company in carrying out a comprehensive EUDR risk assessment. By analysing your supply chains in detail, it identifies potential macroeconomic, deforestation, and internal risks, displays them and thus creates the basis for taking appropriate measures to meet compliance requirements.
01
Data collection
The data required for the due diligence statement can be obtained directly from the EUDR software by sending a data request to your suppliers, requested through the EU information system TRACES, or manually entered into the software.
02
Risk analysis
In order to identify potential risks in the supply chain, the collected data is bundled by the EUDR software and subjected to a comprehensive risk assessment, thanks to a market-tested methodology. Data aggregation enables a holistic view of the risks associated with the information collected.
03
Risk mitigation
Based on the results of the risk assessment, various measures can be documented in the software – for example, the verification of certificates or the simple dispatch of questionnaires to suppliers.
04
Reporting
The EUDR-Module summarises the results in a report. When analysing the report, you have the option of clustering by supplier, product or transactions. This allows you to analyse the data according to specific criteria and plan or take appropriate measures.
05
Submission of the EUDR due diligence statement
In the final step, you generate the due diligence statement, which documents all the steps taken and their results, thereby proving your EUDR compliance. Finally, you upload the statement to the connected EU information system TRACES by the deadline.
