Abstract
Analysis of various strategies to ensure a successful energy transition. The heating sector plays a key role in delivering the energy transition. With a share of around 1,500 TWh heating accounted for more than 50% of final energy consumption in Germany in 2013. About 45% of energy-related carbon emissions – which are generally considered the most important indicator of environmental impact – were caused by the generation and use of heat.neuer Beschreibungstext
