Auch wenn die hohen Volumina einzelner Deals des Vorjahres nicht erreicht werden konnten, so war 2011 hinsichtlich der M&A-Aktivitäten in den Branchen Technologie, Medien und Telekommunikation (TMT) dennoch insgesamt ein gutes Jahr. Vor allem der Technologiesektor konnte eine hohe Eigendynamik entwickeln.
