Die deutsche Ernährungsindustrie ist für das Exportgeschäft positiv gestimmt: Das Exportklima erreicht im Dezember 2013 mit 43 Punkten einen neuen Höchstwert. Während der Absatz innerhalb der EU stabil bleibt, sieht die Branche in China, Russland, den USA, Australien und der Schweiz große Wachstumschancen. Das geht aus dem aktuellen Exportbarometer hervor, das PwC und die Bundesvereinigung der Deutschen Ernährungsindustrie (BVE) mit Unterstützung des Bundesministeriums für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz erheben.
