Die globalen M&A-Aktivitäten in der Bau- und Großanlagenbaubranche erreichen mit einer Gesamtanzahl von 101 Deals ab einem Volumen von 50 Millionen US-Dollar den höchsten Wert für ein erstes Halbjahr seit 2011. Das Transaktionsvolumen von 45 Milliarden US-Dollar spricht ebenfalls für eine starke Jahreshälfte, bleibt jedoch unter dem „Rekordwert“ von 92,5 Milliarden US-Dollar aus den ersten sechs Monaten in 2014.
